Community Veterans Mental Health Service

5th Division Sickness Absence Management (SAM) Team is responsible for the effective management and administration of those soldiers who are posted to the Division during a period of sickness absence. 5th Division is a Regional Forces Division.

Visiting Officers will visit you regularly whether you are in hospital or at home. They aim to monitor your progress, to maintain contact with you and to ensure appropriate resolution to your period of sickness absence.
